affiliation.
Patients who are uninsured, or who believe they do not have the ability to pay for their medical services,
can inquire about applying for medical coverage through various health insurance programs. These
programs include Medicaid, Child Health Plus and/or subsidized qualified health plans that can be
purchased through the New York State health insurance exchange. There are trained professionals
located on-campus at the hospital that can assist patients in applying for insurance through those
programs.

happy to assist you in identifying what program(s), if any, is available to you based on your current
