Welcome to the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center (JHMC) Nursing Webpage. You will find information on specialized areas of patient care as well as career advancement opportunities for Nurses. Although there is an enormous amount of information it won’t tell you everything you need to know about what it is like to be a Nurse at JHMC, such as the satisfaction of working in an environment as dedicated to providing outstanding patient care as we are.
Here, we appreciate good Nurses and show appreciation by creating an environment in which they can find fulfillment and growth opportunities. From our Shared Governance Model, Continuing Education Programs and Nursing Leadership Academy, we provide our Nurses the opportunity to advance in their career as far as their skills and ambition take them.
