Traumatic brain injury patients need special care to increase the chances of making a recovery. The Palomino Rehabilitation Center specializes in treating patients who are medically stable and who have cognitive and physical disabilities because of head injury. A multidisciplinary team approach provides individuals with the services needed to maximize their ability to function and helps to facilitate their transition from hospital to family and community.

For patients who complete their inpatient care and will return back to the community, the Department of Rehabilitation also provides a dynamic treatment program that assures continuity of care through our comprehensive outpatient Rehabilitation Program.
