- Providing educational workshops to help our community better manage a variety of chronic health conditions. Our workshops are conducted by healthcare experts and supported by informative literature.
- Offering one of our expert physicians from our Speakers Bureau to address any number of healthcare topics at an up-coming meeting or event. Topics can be customized to meet your specific needs and can be done virtually or in person.
- Attending health fairs where we can offer free health screenings including blood pressure and diabetes screenings as well as dental and podiatry evaluations.
