Jamaica Hospital’s Patient Experience Department serves as an outlet for patients and their families to share positive experiences on to voice their concerns when they feel our level of care did not meet their expectations.

Members of our Patient Experience Department welcome your feedback, and are available to facilitate any issues that may arise and advocate on our patient’s behalf.

For that reason, Jamaica Hospital has created the Patient Experience Department. The purpose of creating this department is to not only receive feedback when we meet or exceed your patient care expectations, but to also serve as an outlet for you to voice your concerns or questions when you feel that our care did not meet your expectations. In those instances, the members of the

Patient Experience Department are available to facilitate any issues that may arise and advocate on our patient’s behalf.

The Patient Experience Department is open from Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. To contact them, please call 718-206-8798.

During evening and weekend hours, all issues can be referred to Jamaica Hospital’s Nursing Supervisors or Administrator on Duty. They can be reached by contacting the hospital’s operator at 718-206-6000 and asking to have them paged.
