Financial Assistance Program

Jamaica Hospital is committed to providing quality health care services to its patients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, socio-economic status, immigration status, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. Patients who do not qualify for health insurance may qualify for sliding fee payments through the hospital’s Financial Assistance Program. Qualified applicants will be eligible for payment discounts that could help lower the cost of their hospital bills. If you do not have insurance, or would like to find out more about the Financial Assistance Program offered through Jamaica Hospital, please contact our Financial Office at 718-206-8270. A financial representative will be happy to assist you in identifying whether or not you qualify for the program based on your current circumstances.
