Childbirth Education Classes
To prepare for your delivery, Jamaica Hospital offers a child birth education course which covers topics such as Relaxation and Breathing Techniques, Pre-Labor Signs, Signs of Labor, Pushing and Birth, Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding and Newborn Care. Our specially trained staff will educate you about all the important facts you need to know before your baby’s arrival.
Jamaica Hospital Childbirth Classes are conducted by a Certified Midwife, trained in the skills needed to help women in maintaining healthy pregnancies and having optimal births and recoveries.
Join us for an opportunity to meet other expecting moms in your community, ask questions in a group or private setting and tour our newly renovated, labor and delivery suites.
