The Integrative Medicine Fellowship at Jamaica Hospital is accredited by the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health, and fellows will be eligible to sit for the Integrative Medicine board exam at the conclusion of the fellowship.

We are excited to offer this fellowship in partnership with the University of Arizona, an internationally recognized leader in the field of Integrative Medicine.

Our mission is to train skilled physicians to become inspired Integrative Medicine providers who provide high quality, compassionate, patient and family centered, evidenced-based, culturally sensitive and accessible care with a focus on whole health healing. Our unique location in an urban, diverse, and underserved community will allow our fellows to engage in partnered education with our patients to provide a variety of services focusing on health, wellness, and prevention while remaining mindful of the socio and economic conditions that influence health in our community.

We are excited to begin offering a fellowship in conjunction with the launch of our new Medisys Center for Wellness and Health, a premiere hub for Integrative Medicine offering services such as wellness and education classes, cooking lessons, pharmaceutical services for allopathic and natural supplements, manual therapies, physical therapy, family medicine services, and a nutrition center with plans for further expansion.
