Thank you for your interest in Jamaica Hospital Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Residency Program. The training of an individual in the art of medicine requires that patient care and medical education be mutually dependent and supportive. The mission of our residency program is to provide the resources and infrastructure needed to produce physicians with keen clinical judgment and superb skills, who adhere to the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

A large contingent of full-time board certified faculty members have the expertise necessary to provide residents with in-depth bedside and didactic teachings. Residents experience the opportunity to care for patients with a wide variety of diseases and medical conditions. Our modern facility, with state-of-the-art equipment, provides a pleasant and comfortable environment where the delivery of compassionate quality patient care is a guiding principle.
