Add onion and cook for a few minutes until translucent. Add\npumpkin and garlic and continue to cook for a few more minutes.<\/li><li>Add rosemary\nand vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until\npumpkin is soft and cooked through. Add salt to taste.<\/li><li>Puree soup in a\nblender (in batches) and return to the pot.<\/li><li>Add coconut\nmilk and simmer for another minute or two.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Give this recipe a try.
