After successfully completing\nseven years at the elementary level she then continued on to secondary school.\nWhile in high school she was exposed to a wide variety of disciplines but\nultimately decided to focus her attention on Business Principles, Management and\nSpanish. Before coming to the United States she also attended the Lakshimi\nGirls Hindu College. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing her studies, she soon became a mother.\nWanting to provide her children with a better way of life, she emigrated to New\nYork and settled in Queens where she currently resides. She worked hard and was\ndetermined to continue her education.&nbsp;\nDevika enrolled at Garden State Technical College in New Jersey where\nshe trained as a Medical Assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devika wears many hats. She is a wife, mother of three and\ngrandmother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family which is very\nimportant to her. In her free time she enjoys reading, and listening to music.\nHer favorite types of food are West Indian and Hibachi. When she goes on vacation,\nshe likes to visit different beaches and take her children to historical\nplaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devika enjoys working with her colleagues at Jamaica\nHospital. She also enjoys her interactions with our patients, as this allows\nher friendly personality to shine.
