It also has a low glycemic index and could help regulate blood sugar levels to help maintain steady energy levels all day long.<\/li><li>Coffee \u2013 Coffee is rich in caffeine. Caffeine quickly passes from your bloodstream to your brain.&nbsp; The result is the production of epinephrine. &nbsp;Epinephrine is a hormone that stimulates the body and brain allowing you to keep more focused.<\/li><li>Eggs \u2013 Eggs are rich in protein and leucine. These are both known to stimulate energy.<\/li><li>Water \u2013 Not drinking enough water could cause dehydration which can cause your body functions to slow down and make you feel sluggish. It is a good habit to drink water throughout your day, even if you are not thirsty.<\/li><li>Dark Chocolate \u2013 Dark chocolate has a high content of cocoa.
