According to Dr. Nahar, \u201cI feel that\nhypertension is largely preventable and can be managed through lifestyle\nmodifications. If not addressed, it can lead to a variety of other health\nissues including diabetes and heart disease.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Nahar believes in developing a close connection with her\npatients that is based on trust. She also feels that her years of experience\nand her understanding of the community\u2019s needs help her as a physician.
