Even if you feel fine, it is a good idea to see your medical doctor to ensure that you don\u2019t have any underlying health issues. The American Medical Association is now recommending that physical exams be performed once every five years for people between 18 and 40 years of age and every three years after the age of 40, as long as there are no chronic illnesses that require\u00a0 more frequent check-ups.\u00a0 After the age of 55, an annual exam is probably a good idea.<\/p>\n
