Postures and movements are similar to Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Stretch and Release will begin on February 1st and will take place every Thursday at 5:15 pm at the MediFit Gym at Jamaica Hospital;\u00a0134-20 Jamaica Ave; 3rd Floor.
