INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 1 \u00bd cups shredded cooked turkey<\/p>\n 4 cups vegetable broth<\/p>\n 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes<\/p>\n 1 (4ounce) can chopped green chile peppers<\/p>\n 2 roma (plum tomatoes), chopped<\/p>\n 1 onion chopped<\/p>\n 2 cloves, garlic, crushed<\/p>\n 1 tablespoon lime juice<\/p>\n \u00bd teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/p>\n \u00bd teasp9oon ground cumin<\/p>\n Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n 1 avocado \u2013 peeled, pitted and diced<\/p>\n \u00bd teaspoon cilantro<\/p>\n 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese<\/p>\n DIRECTIONS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n In a large pot over medium heat, combine turkey, broth, canned tomatoes, green chiles, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, and lime juice. Season with cayenne, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n Stir in avocado and cilantro, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until slightly thickened.
