However, New Year\u2019s resolutions are sometimes hard to keep. Here are some tips to help you keep your New Year\u2019s resolutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select one goal that you want to achieve instead of many<\/li>\n<li>Plan how you intend to achieve that goal<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t be too ambitious with your goal, as it is best to keep it simple<\/li>\n<li>Break your goal into smaller, more manageable parts<\/li>\n<li>Pick a goal that involves a new activity<\/li>\n<li>Try to learn from past difficulties in accomplishing your goal<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t get discouraged if you have setbacks<\/li>\n<li>Keep a daily record of your progress<\/li>\n<li>Pick a goal where you can measure the results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Achieving a goal you made as your New Year\u2019s resolution is always easier when you have the support of friends and family.\u00a0Let people know what you hope to achieve and enlist others who can be supportive.\u00a0Additionally, give yourself some positive reinforcement as you work towards a goal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"disclaimer\">All content of this newsletter is intended for general information purposes only and is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
