Our hospitals have implemented a comprehensive strike plan to ensure all services remain open to our community. No elective procedures have been postponed or cancelled and all medical and surgical clinical appointments will remain open.
Jamaica Hospital operates a network of community based clinics known as MediSys Family Care Centers.
Jamaica’s Family Care Centers, located throughout the community provide a wide range of services including: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Obstetrical/Gynecological care. Other services that are available and vary from site to site include: Allergy and Immunology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Nutrition, Podiatry and Pulmonology as well as many pediatric sub-specialties including Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Endocrinology, Pediatric Gastroenterology and Pediatric Neurology, just to name a few.
